“Mubarak 5” is a district with residential complexes built by the state, construction started in 1998. Mubarak 5 is located 1 km from “Mubarak 2”, in the north is “Mubarak 8”, on the south “New Kawther.” To the east is a mountain ridge, and to the west is a road to the Hurghada airport. It should be noted that “Mubarak 5” is very small (about 0.3 m. Km.), but the area is very clean, and the area is filled with fine greenery. “Mubarak 5” is similar to “Mubarak 2.” Most of its population also consists of representatives of the “middle class” not only Egyptians, but people originally from Ukraine and Russia. What makes it different than “Mubarak 2” is the distance from the sea. The distance is measured from 2.5 to 4 km away and the closest location to the beach is Old Vic Beach. The district has long lived-on sale exhibiting secondary properties and five-storey houses. There are shops, stores, pharmacies, cafes, and a kindergarten.
